Our community relies on your generosity.
Hola and Hello! Today is GivingTuesday! 🤲 Austin Urban Technology Movement (AUTMHQ) is so proud to participate in this global day of giving. GivingTuesday is happening right now in over 150 countries worldwide but it is the generosity of our local volunteers and donors that make an impact for our community. Let’s show the world how generous Central Texas can be!
We invite you to visit www.amplifyatx.org/organizations/autmhq to donate to us in honor of GivingTuesday. Your support will allow our organization to continue to help Hispanic and Black families and individuals enter and thrive in the tech industry.
Your donations will make a significant difference in our program participant's lives. More specifically:
• $150 covers the stipend for one week of training.
• $500 covers the cost for an AUTMite to have an occupational mentor and career coach for one year.
• $750 covers the technology needed for an AUTMite to get trained.
• $1,500 covers curriculum cost for an AUTMite to earn a certificate or certification and secure employment.
• $2,500 covers the stipend for an AUTMite to graduate from one of our cohorts.
• $5,000 covers the cost of an apprenticeship program for one AUTMite.
Gracias and Thank You! Paty Sesma VP of MarCom at AUTMHQ

The 10 best cities for finding a hybrid job that pays $100,000 or more―they’re not all on the coasts
[...] It makes sense that tech hubs and major cities with sky-high rents top the list, though the best cities for a six-figure hybrid job aren’t all concentrated on the coasts.
For example, Austin, Texas, has been on the rise as businesses (including tech companies) flock to the rising city to tap into its young demographic, find less expensive real estate and enjoy a low tax burden.
