Kristin Bonds is an activist-turned-entrepreneur who specializes in building inclusive and equitable operational infrastructure and strategy for nonprofit organizations.

Kristin brings over 12 years of experience in building Talent, People & Culture, and Equity infrastructure within organizations of all sizes. She is passionate about helping nonprofits and small businesses embed inclusion into their operations. A lifelong activist, Kristin envisions a future of work where intentional, inclusive, and fulfilling practices are the norm. She also serves on the board of the Greater Austin STEM Ecosystem, advocating for equitable STEM education and workforce development in Texas.
