ReThink Austin 2023

ReThink Austin 2023 will take place in November 2023, during AFRO Tech week!  

ReThink Austin cultivates a fluent community of diverse individuals from various sectors in order to break down societal barriers. Austin, Texas has one of the country's greatest racial wealth disparities, emphasizing the importance of an equitable solution in technology, entrepreneurship, community impact, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). With gentrification on the rise and a growing skills gap in technology, ReThink Austin "re-thinks" the city's trajectory, preventing a further divide between the educated and uneducated, the experienced and inexperienced, and the haves and have-nots.

This event also contributes to AUTMHQ's awareness-to-employment pipeline, which aims to increase diversity in technology while also creating an ecosystem to close the wealth gap.  ReThink Austin is a powerful conference that takes place in Austin, Texas.
