Nickholas Bailey is a versatile leader in the communications field, having worked in print and digital media for nearly a decade.
Originally from Greenville, TX, Nickholas began his journey into communications as a print journalism major at Texas A&M University—Commerce, after growing up learning the tricks of the trade from his stepfather, award-winning and acclaimed journalist Brad Kellar. During his college career, Nickholas worked his way up from a beat reporter to becoming the Editor of The East Texan, the student newspaper of A&M—Commerce since 1915, and was elected Vice President of the Texas Intercollegiate Press Association. Throughout his career, Nickholas has moderated election debates, covered hard-hitting news, and sat down with notable figures from Republican Texas State Representative Dan Flynn to Hip Hop legend J. Prince.
From a development and growth position, Nickholas has built a record of success in building brands, having joined the team of Texas Lifestyle Magazine and doubling its digital footprint in under five years, creating Black Texas Magazine and growing its digital presence to rival that of Texas Lifestyle Magazine's, and volunteering with Comida for Familias.
Nickholas now resides in Austin, TX, where he spends his free time volunteering as a coach for youth sports and enjoying precious moments with his daughters.
