The date has been announced! ReThink Austin 2023 will take place on March 11, 2023!
Austin Urban Technology Movement (AUTMHQ) presents the fifth edition of ReThink Austin in collaboration with Harlem Labs. As we discuss emerging technology, we will continue to integrate partnerships to rethink the city of Austin's trajectory. We guarantee that this will be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for you to learn new and incredible things while networking with our panelists and other professionals in the field.
Emerging technology is a phrase that generally makes reference to new technology, but it can also describe the ongoing evolution of existing technology. It commonly refers to innovations that are currently being developed and that are expected to be available within the next five to ten years. Most importantly, it usually includes technologies that have or will have a significant social or economic impact.
Our guest speakers will discuss how emerging technologies will impact central Austin in terms of technology, entrepreneurship, community impact, and DE&I. This event also contributes to AUTMHQ's awareness-to-employment pipeline, which aims to increase diversity in technology while also creating an ecosystem to close the wealth gap.
