Lindsay Hackney is an HR professional who studied Business Management at the historic HBCU, Xavier University of Louisiana. Originally from Philadelphia, she moved to Austin by way of Arizona five years ago to begin her career in a growing opportunity rich tech city.

 

While she started in non-profit, she has now transitioned to working at top tech companies including Dell and PayPal. Lindsay works on the recruiting side of HR, finding top talent and guiding employees through the interview, hiring and onboarding process. In her free time she enjoys networking, volunteering, attending local festival like SXSW and ACL and patronizing Austin’s various food trucks.
