Responsibilities:

As a Cybersecurity Intern, you will be entrusted with the following:

• Cybersecurity Operations: Learn and apply standard operating procedures for cybersecurity alert triage and analysis within our Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC).

• Critical Infrastructure Protection: Understand and safeguard LCRA’s critical infrastructure and enterprise business systems that are vital to our operations.

• Vulnerability Management: Assist in managing cybersecurity vulnerabilities to ensure the safety and reliability of our systems.

• Industry Insight: Gain knowledge about LCRA’s role in electric generation, transmission, water management, and community services.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this opportunity, you must have the following:

• Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program and at least a sophomore with plans to enter your junior year.
