The NI Semiconductor BU Systems R&D team has an immediate opening for a system Configuration Engineer, entry-level or above. Engineers in this role work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, and Application Engineering to consult on configuration design for semiconductor systems such as STS.  In addition to design consulting for standard and custom configurations, Configuration Engineers work closely with Offering Management, Product Owners, and other R&D organizations to drive improvements in configuration processes and system standardization.  Configuration Engineers would develop and owns the software tools used for configuring systems, and as part of that ownership, drive process optimization and automation.
