We are looking for a Solution Architect – Power Platform with a technology background in the Business Applications, Power Platform and Development space to become a part of our World Wide Center Of Excellence (COE) team in Industry Solutions Delivery. This position empowers customers and partners on their digital journey, from envisioning new possibilities to delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and customer experience.

You will have responsibility for delivering architectural solutions and business outcomes based on the Microsoft Business Applications and Artificial Intelligence platforms. Demonstrating knowledge of Microsoft Solutions and offerings across the entire life-cycle, together with a focus on opportunity management, leadership and technical governance, this is your chance to drive transformational results and enable the realization of business strategy for Microsoft partners and customers.

This team works closely with the Microsoft product engineering and marketing teams for Modern Work, Business Applications, and Security to develop assets that help Microsoft develop partner capacity and scale towards accelerating usage of Microsoft Solutions.

Partner Program Support

• Work directly with partners to help drive technical pre-sales motions with Microsoft Business Applications / Power Platform and Modern Work – M365 Workshop Materials.

• Understand the Customer/Partner Technical Environment.

• Develop technical solutions and design, customize, or reapply technical solutions based on customer/partner needs or demands.

Intellectual Property and Practice Development

• Generate new and/or improvements to existing intellectual property.

• Creates new intellectual property based on requirements from our stakeholders.

• Drives the re-use of intellectual property and recommends practices in both pre-sales and delivery.

• Participates and contributes to internal/external communities.

Trusted Advisor

• Develop a network of internal/external relationships to build influence in addressing problems/blockers and facilitating additional views on the matter of interest.

• Understand solutions and identify how customer business value can be driven through Microsoft's offerings.

Thought Leadership

• Share ideas, insight, and technical input with technical teams, internal communities across the field, and the larger virtual team across Microsoft using a knowledge of specific Microsoft products and their context in the landscape.

• Participate in external architect community events (e.g., conferences, seminars, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons) and shares learnings with internal team.
