Dropbox is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Customer Experience (CX) Technology team. This role involves building large-scale systems and integrating third-party applications to enhance the support and customer experience. Articulate a technical vision and work with cross-functional partners to deliver it
Write code and lead by example, understanding root causes and mentoring junior engineers
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to understand user needs and build products that meet them
Develop and execute short and long-term roadmaps, making tradeoffs between business impact, user experience, and technical quality
Improve the team and company culture through mentorship, interviewing, and new initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with other engineering teams and collaborate across functions within Dropbox
