An Engineering Program Manager is accountable for successful outcomes on complex integrated test, measurement, or automation systems for delivery to our customers.  They spend most of their time developing, executing and monitoring to a program or project plan, with strong emphasis on communication management.  They are deeply involved in all aspects of the projects, ensuring their accountability for the business and technical success of the solution.  The successful Engineering Program Manager is efficiency-driven, looking for ways to improve project timelines and cost without sacrificing quality or customer satisfaction. The Engineering Program Manager is also responsible for managing early access programs that develop future system offerings.  In these projects, the EPM will help refine the system offering through customer participation in the program, with project managers leading the individual’s customer deliveries.
