Inside our company, we apply the idea of Make Possible as we work together. We value our people and teams who turn possibilities into reality by advancing our strategy, accomplishing great things and empowering others. We are deeply committed to fostering a Culture of Inclusion where every person knows they belong, feels empowered to bring their whole self to work, and is inspired to grow.

The Team

We are a fast-paced and collaborative Total Rewards team looking to leverage analytical skills of a Compensation Consultant/ Business Partner to help define and drive our compensation strategy.  We have exciting work ahead of us in the Total Rewards space, and we are looking for someone to come in with energy and excitement on this journey.   We are a strategic, proactive team; we find opportunities to proactively drive efficiencies across our team and create a great experience for our (internal) customers and partners.    If you love analytics, can balance big picture and task-at-hand, and are looking to grow in your career with the support of an amazing team, this is the opportunity for you.

The Role

We are looking for a Compensation Consultant to support a variety of compensation-related programs and initiatives across the team and organization, in addition to serving as a Compensation Business Partner to one or more businesses.  You will work together with our Total Rewards partners around the world, our HR Partners, Business Leaders and partner organizations, to support and drive our compensation strategy.  The ability to conduct effective and detailed analysis is key, but as important is the ability to find and tell the story behind that analysis, and influence results based on those findings.  You can expect to be challenged here, but supported by a great culture and team. The position is hybrid and can be located in Santa Clara, CA or Austin, TX.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct and interpret detailed analytics on compensation-related matters, with the ability to summarize and recommend/drive next steps

  • Support the design, implementation and on-going management of general or specific rewards programs and initiatives

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Partners and Global Rewards teams to streamline and improve the New College Graduate program

  • Responsible for in-time completion of external survey submissions and conducting benchmarking for designated markets, with involvement in annual compensation review cycle preparation, reporting and dashboard requirements and analysis

  • Support immigration team and improve documentation/process with required prevailing wage inputs aligning with USCIS and DOL requirements

  • Ongoing consulting and support to internal stakeholders, partner organizations and global team on compensation decisions aligned with strategy including on-going analysis of competitive position for Company and designated businesses

  • Maintain and improve the global recognition program
