ReThink Austin 2023

Saturday | November 9th | 11 a.m.- 6 p.m. CDT |
Springdale Station

Austin Urban Technology Movement (AUTMHQ) presents the sixth edition of ReThink Austin.

ReThink Austin 2024 will be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for you to learn new and incredible things while networking with our panelists and other professionals in the field. This year's theme is "The Future is Now: Embracing Innovation for a More Equitable World." Join us for a day of thought-provoking discussions, interactive experiences, and collaboration as we explore the power of emerging technology to build a more equitable and prosperous future.

ReThink Austin cultivates a fluent community of diverse individuals from various sectors in order to break down societal barriers. Austin, Texas, has one of the country's greatest racial wealth disparities, emphasizing the importance of an equitable solution in technology, entrepreneurship, community impact, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). With gentrification on the rise and a growing skills gap in technology, ReThink Austin "re-thinks" the city's trajectory, preventing a further divide between the educated and uneducated, the experienced and inexperienced, and the haves and have-nots.

Phenomenal Women Panel at ReThink Austin 2022

This panel, which was moderated by Paty Sesma, VP of MarCom at AUTMHQ, provided an excellent opportunity to share the stories of accomplished women in technology. We had a really fascinating and informative conversation about the challenges that women face in the workplace or as entrepreneurs. We talked about Impostor Syndrome and, of course, the significant achievements of our panelists, Taisha Dotson, Melinda Garvey, Muna Hussaini, and Mercedes Ballard. This was such an uplifting discussion. ---------------------------- Want to break into tech and change the world? Join the AUTMHQ movement by Liking, Commenting, and Subscribing!
